Going on adventures with my boys is my favorite thing to do. I’m a big believer in becoming a tourist in your own town, as often as you can. When the kids have days off school, and during summer break, we explore all the different corners of Los Angeles. We do the same thing when we travel to other cities and states. It never hurts to google “things to do with kids” or “places to see” in whatever neck of the woods you’re living in, or about to visit. New activities and experiences can be found everywhere, and it helps to break up the every day routine.
On select Tuesdays, I will post a fun travel experience to help inspire creative adventures for you too… starting with the BEST casual seafood place in Southern California. There’s a reason the Malibu Seafood Fresh Fish Market & Patio Cafe always has a line out the door, and cars parked up and down the Pacific Coast Highway. It’s home to the freshest, tastiest fish I’ve ever eaten with the easy vibe you want when you have two kids in tow. And you can’t beat the views!
Important Note: We always try to go at slightly off-peak times to avoid the long lines. For instance, we often arrive at 11:15am for an early lunch, or 2:00p for a slightly later lunch. If you’re looking for things to do with kids in Malibu while enjoying stunning ocean views, then check out Malibu Seafood for the freshest, most tasty seafood around!
